The
eponymous wine – Cinsault, Cabernet and Carignan aged for three
years before blending – displays spicy oak with power and concentration
of fruit and has legendary longevity. The second wine, Hochar Père et fils,
is aged in French oak for 9 months and is a blend of Cinsault, Carignan,
Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache. Musar reckon that 2009 is the best
vintage that they have ever produced of this wine.
